BU Manager – Hydraulic

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB:
？ Grow Company Hydraulic Sales in China
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
？ Lead in development national sales plan, strategy and budget
？ Lead sales team all over China to hit annual sales target
？ Develop a new distribution network that covers the major industrial and automotive markets for tools in China
？ Managing and visiting distributors on a regular basis for commercial negotiation
？ Lead product team to develop proper product strategy and new product for China market.
？ Build a sales team can achieve sustainable sales grow in China market
？ other tasks assigned by supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS:
？ Bachelor degree or above in machinery engineering or related areas.
？ Over 8 years of sales experience with at least 5 years experience in sales team management.
？ Have good leadership and interpersonal skills;
？ Good communication skill
？ Fluent English both orally and written.
PERFORMANCE EVLUATION STANDARD:
Achieve following KPI measurements:
？ Sales target
？ Operation Margin
？ Team Moral and turnover rate
