职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for managing ERP-to-ERP Inventory reconciliation, facilitating SAP Enhancements within the Inventory Management Areas, analyzing Failure transaction from B2B and work with IT to implement short-term and long-term solutions, maintaining Inventory Accuracy between SAP and CM ERP, and driving Disposition for Non-Moving Inventory & RMA material.
2. The individual will also be responsible for inventory Reconciliation & discrepancy resolution, understanding and enhancing B2B mapping, location mapping, transaction mapping, and part number mapping, Inventory Adjustments and Co-ordination with Finance, driving E & O (Excess & Obsolete) Material, driving Production Order, documenting, developing, and enhancing material flow processes and ERP work instruction procedures accordingly, and developing or revising Visio process Flows as needed.
3. The individual will create & maintain "Microsoft Word format" procedure & submit to Agile for Finance approval, perform audits with SanDisk internal &/or external auditors, support Quarterly/Month End revenue recognition cut-off activities, and inbound receipts (Not transacted in ERP) PO report.
Requirements:
This position requires a BS/BA degree or equivalent with 5 or more years of related experience.
