Key Process (Ownership/Participation):
? Collect the forecast and project shipping plan
? Get quotation from supplier and negotiate to a best purchase price
? Understand and master supplier capacity/capability at different period.
? Allocate the orders based on supplier capacity/ capability
? Issue order to supplier through IT system
? Coordinate delivery and arrange transportation
? Request sample and follow the sample dispatch
? Track market price of raw material (steel roll, aluminium roll, coating powder etc)
? Setup cost calculator for each supplier

Organizational Relationships:
? Reports to the AS Supply Chain Manager..

Key Customers and Suppliers:
? Metal ceiling suppliers
? Project Sales and Technical Sales of ceiling
? AS Customer Service
? AS Product Manager and Sourcing team
? AS technical team

Measures of Effectiveness:
? Order issuing time
? Supplier ontime delivery
? Supplier delivery accuracy
? Sample delivery speed
? Cost saving/avoidance

Value Added Activities:
? Suggestion to drawing, which make the drawing to be easier processed in supplier facility

Education & Work Experience:
? Secondary school/ College/ university degree
? 5 years manufacture/planning/purchase/sales experience in metal industry
? Well know the cost structure of metal ceiling products
? Familiar with BCPS system

Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
? Good communication skill
? CAD drawing reading
? Data processing / excel experience is a plus
? English writing skill is a plus.
