Regional Sales Mgr-IPT （Shanghai & Guangzhou）

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
？ Grow IPT Sales in the Region
？ Lead in development sales plan, strategy in China Region
？ Lead sales team in China Region to hit annual sales target
？ Develop new distribution network that covers the major industrial and automotive markets for tools in China
？ Managing and visiting distributors on a regular basis for commercial negotiation
？ Build a sales team can achieve sustainable sales grow
？ Provide sales training to sales persons and channel sales persons.
？ Lead sales team to develop key projects in the region.
？ Other tasks assigned by leader
QUALIFICATIONS
？ Bachelor’s degree, major in engineering, marketing or business administration
？ At least 5 years working experience of sales in power tools aftermarket.
？ Proficient in ms office and English
？ Good communication skill in writing and verbally
？ Self-motivation and disciplined
？ Willing to travel and work under pressure.
？ Sales target in 2013
