Sales Engineer – 地点:闵行莘庄工业园区 清洁设备行业知名公司新增岗位,负责华东区零售市场。良好的发展前景,丰厚的薪资福利。 岗位描述: 1. 独立负责华东地区家用产品的销售工作。 Be in charge of Company consumer business in China east 2. 负责制定该区域内的销售计划、销售方案、并对该计划与方案负责。 Be in charge of making sales plan for China east and executing 3. 发展当地百货商场的经销商,包括但不限于合作的谈判、销售任务的制定,分解与执行、经销商产品及销售培训等工作。 Be in charge of developing department dealer, including contract negotiation, sales target analysis, training for dealer and so on. 4. 配合并指导百货经销商深入并细化的完成当地渠道建设的工作,能够在一定时间内获得当地市场的market share,并使“Company”在当地consumer中一定的品牌知名度和美誉度。 Cooperating with department dealer to build local channel deeply, higher market share and Better branding awareness in local region could be got. 5. 策划并制定当地百货渠道的促销和路演方案,能够对每次的活动进行相应的评估,并对最终的结果负责。 Be in charge of making plan and evaluating result for promotion and roadshow in department Store. 6. 负责当地团购及礼品市场的开拓,能够发展当地有一定资源的团购经销商,并对最终的销售结果负责。 Exploiting regional group purchase market, developing dealer with group purchase resource 7. 能够独立或协助经销商开发该区域内二级、三级市场,并制定该区域垂直发展的策略,协助经销商实现渠道的下沉。 Exploiting secondary market, making vertical channel developing strategy, assisting dealer to go down the channel. 8. 协助总部对大卖场渠道进行管理,包括但不限于危机公关、上货的督促、大型促销的监督,协助全国卖场经销商进行A类门店的超大型Roadshow,能够将当地卖场的情况在第一时间内进行汇总并反馈给总部,同时能够提出相应的应对策略。 Assisting SH HQ to manager DIY(Chain channel),including crisis PR, ordering goods and monitoring promotion execution. Assisting DIY dealer to do roadshow in“A”level store. Replying regional DIY information to SH HQ in time and supplying solution for problem. 9. 对所属区域内电商或者电购平台进行开拓,寻找并发展合适的经销商与上述电商或电购平台进行合作,协助经销商进行谈判,对客户的进-销-存进行管理,对电商和电购平台的销售指标负责。 Exploiting E-commercial and TV shopping business. Negotiating with purchase manage for dealer, managing purchase-sales-stock in customer, be in charge of the result of E-commercial and TV shopping. 10. 对区域内价格体系负责,对窜货等不良销售行为负责。 Controlling the price system in local region. 11. 协助总部售后服务部门进行当地售后服务网络的搭建。 Assisting after sales service department to build local service network. 12. 协助总部的市场部完成所属区域内的品牌建设工作。 Assisting marketing department to push branding building work. 任职要求: 1. 出色的谈判及议价能力 Excellent negotiating skill. 2. 能够启动空白市场,有能力对大区市场进行全方位的掌控 Excellent skill to start up blank market and control regional sales. 3. 出色的商业认知度,能够准确识别机会和潜在的机会、威胁与潜在的威胁,能够给予相应的对策和解决方案。 Excellent commercial awareness , could distinguish opportunity and potential opportunity,threaten and potential opportunity. 4. 较强的责任心和抗压能力。 Good responsibility and good ability to bear high pressure. 5. 拥有出色的销售管理能力,能够制定销售策略,并进行分解和执行 Excellent sales management skill, could make sales strategy and execute plan. 学历及工作经验要求: 1. 大专或者大专科以上学历 Junior college or above 2. 至少5年的零售经验和背景 At least 5 years retail experiences and background 3. 至少5年的销售工作背景 5 years+regional sales background 4. 有独立运作华东区域市场的经验 Any experience in operate China east market. 5. 对当地的百货和卖场有一定的接触,有一定的人脉关系,有合作经验者优先 Good relationship with local department store
