REPORTS TO: Lead Design Engineer 外国人
JOB PURPOSE:
Design and design support of companyTube Heat Tracing products; Design and verify the technical bidding document of the requisition project; First line in the delivery of basic engineering, detail engineering, and final documentation, within the required quality and schedule.

WORKING RELATION:
Internal :
- Construction: Explain the construction drawings
Collect feedback during installation
Explain the necessary information, needed for the final documentation
- Procurement: Technical assistance during the procurement of the materials
External :
- Client: Collect all relevant Engineering input data
Model review of manifolds and-or cable ladders
- Sub vender: Cooperate with third party (drafting company) to complete the
design of the detailed engineering deliverables and other 3D documents

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contribute to the delivery of the engineering documents and files
This includes but is not limited to:
- Collecting all relevant data and documentation
- Master the design software, master design and products selection procedure
- Master the technical specification, the performance and the limitations of the materials and the complete heating system
- Deliver Basic engineering, Detailed engineering and Final documentation in quality and in schedule
- Prepare and cross check the draft work by third party companies
- Record and process model review sessions with Owner
- Execute and record Field Engineering and Design modification on site
- Collect all necessary information to deliver the as-built documentation
- Understand the installation, testing, commissionprocedureof steam and condensate systems
- Contribute actively in “lessons leant” sessions
- Establish project design archives. Keep project design record
- Contribute to optimize the efficiency of an engineering assignment by impacting the engineering workflows, Software and Calculation tools and Utilization of Software batch processing

EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Required:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Major in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or Design /IT

- Energetic, motivated and passionate about engineering
- Problem solver and creative in finding solutions
- Computer: Master, especially 3D design tools and ACAD
- An good grasp of engineering and design principles
- Communication: Excellent
- Language: Good English skill in reading and understanding

- Software: 3D (PDS, Smartplant, Intergraph, Naviswork), ACROBAT PDF writer, Auto CAD, Microsoft office;
- Basic understanding of Process principles: be able to read, understand and analyze P&ID’s and isometric drawings

Preferred:
- 1-3 years similar work experience in Design Institute
- Understanding of Thermodynamics is an advantage
- Understanding of steam systems and its components an advantage

General Description / Job PURPOSE
Primary responsibility is developing proposals and estimates for the industrial projects in the great China region. The P&E engineer will focus primarily on one specific region North China with in great China region. This function includes preparing the preliminary designs, cost estimates, written proposal and coordinating & supporting with Sales and Service Departments to ensure that project proposals meet all business goals, including volume and margin target.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Single point of accountability for the development of Proposal and Estimation to help the company reach business goals.
? This includes but is not limited to:
? Analyze Proposal & Estimation requirements (RFQ) and work with Sales to develop a plan for preparing a strategic proposal (pricing strategy, optimized design techniques, additional services and value TTC can bring to the customer)
? Develop the preliminary design and bill of materials
? Complete Detailed Cost Estimates for engineering, procurement & construction services (including TTC material & buy-out material)
? Maintain timely communications and harmonious relationships between internal disciplines to ensure proposal details and execution strategies are in line with the customer needs and business goals:

? Prepare written proposals, ensuring all paperwork related to the bid is in order and completed
? Attend technical clarification meetings (as required)
? Work with Sales to customer call, track proposals, and provide management with feedback as to hit rate, wins, losses & lessons learned.
Work experience requirements
? At least 3 years working experience in electrical design or proposal and estimating function in MNC or others;
? Experience in scheduling, project management in EPC company or Design Institute is a plus;
? Experience in Sales function, especially in prepare bidding documents is perfect;
? Experience in Heat Management System is preferred, especially in Electrical Heat Tracing products.

? Bachelor’s Degree or above in Electrical or equivalent fields

? Good at AutoCAD
? Holds Engineering Certificate is a plus.3~5 years working experience, including 1 year in EHT preferred
