1.Organizational Relationships / 组织结构
Reports to / 汇报于: Marketing Dept. Manager 市场部经理
Supervisor / 主管: Marketing Dept. Manager 市场部经理
2.Objective / 工作目标
To initiate and coordinate projects or necessary actions so to improve products competitiveness in regard of cost, quality, features, application range etc. 针对相关产品启动项目或必要行动并且协调实施以达到提高产品成本,质量,性能,功能,应用范围等方面竞争力的目的
3.Duties and Responsibilities / 义务与责任
3.1. To collect and make analysis with the following information: a. product applications, b. competitor products, c. customer demand, d. codes, standards or development trend of the business.收集整理a.市场相关应用b.竞争对手产品信息c.客户相关需求信息的d.政策法规或未来发展趋势,并做出分析报告。 同时按照月度报告分析销售售后的经营之中的所遭遇的困难。
3.2. Based on the analysis report and the company resources, propose solutions as but not limited to the following: new product development, new applications, new markets development, new functions development, improvement with current products performance and /or quality, product changing on packaging or painting, product configuration changing, product cost optimization, price revision, product promotion, update of product catalogues or brochures, etc.按照4.1分析结果结合公司的实际情况提出相应解决方案, 解决方案可能但不限于: 新产品开发, 新应用开发,新市场开拓,新的功能开发,现有产品的性能质量的改进, 产品包装/外观改变,产品的配置变化,产品成本优化, 产品价格的调整,产品促销方案, 产品宣传手册/样本更新等
3.3. To collect information so to enrich and detail the solution, and to push through for approval in the company.在公司内部搜集信息以细化4.2之中的解决方案,并推动该解决方案的可行性报告在公司内部得到批准
3.4. To coordinate internal dept. (sales/After sales/ technical/quality/production/certification/purchasing) to forward the solution step by step according to the process of product development & improvement. To summarize each step and get through to the next after the previous approved.按照产品开发改进流程逐步配合相关部门(销售/售后/技术/质量/生产/认证/采购)推进产品开发/改进各个步骤, 在每一步骤归纳总结,并在该步骤得到批准后推进到下一步骤.
3.5. To prepare product launch and promotion plan together with necessary literatures and price book.产品开发改进完成后,制定上市计划和宣传方案,准备相关资料(样本/传单/价格表/),并负责实施。
3.6. To prepare yearly budget planning. To Review product cost in the coming year and to prepare rough price according to the margin target defined by Finance. To exchange information with regional sales for the sales target of the coming year and propose the sales budget and price for the decision making of management team年度产品预算方案。复核产品未来一年的成本,并根据公司要求的基本毛利指标初步制定价格,以此价格与各区域销售协商销售目标. 收集到足够的反馈后,提出下一年度销售计划和价格建议供管理层决策..
3.7. To train the front line sales forces (incl. direct sales and dealer’s) with product knowledge, sales arguments, industry background knowledge, to provide technical support for big projects which need technical know-how.为销售一线人员(包括直销和代理区域)提供产品知识,销售论据,行业背景知识培训, 为特定项目提供技术支持.
4.Qualification Guidelines / 资质要求
Minimum Education Requirements / 最低学历要求:
Bachelor’s degree of technology, master’s degree is a plus 本科以上学历,工科专业,硕士优先
Minimum Experience Requirements / 最低经验要求:
5years experience with product management and 2 years with sales, engineering /technical design experience is a plus. 三年以上的产品管理和两年销售经验, 有技术/设计工作经验优先
Essential Skills / 必备技能:
Excellent skill in MS-office software 熟练运用微软办公软件系列;
Good communication skill in both English and Chinese 良好的中英文表达能力
Specific Requirements / 特殊要求:
Good communication skill 良好的沟通技巧
