Report to： 6 Sigma Department Manager （PRC）
Work Location： 嘉定（公司提供班车）
Industry： 汽车/化工
Principle Accountabilities:
· Support to Lead the Program Management Office (PMO) to meet the needs of journey.
· Manage the improvement projects through Six Sigma methodology in the site.
· Manage variances and deviations to have the sustainable performance and its growth.
· Driver the employee’ engagement of the activities and promote the suggestion progress.
· Coordinate work streams activities and leverage the site resources.
· Develop site personnel / resources of continuous improvement through progress.
· Set up the foundation of continues or sustainable improvement through progress.
Skill and Knowledge Required:
· University degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
· Experience in Multi-national companies or coating industry is preferred.
· Motivated attitude with leadership and people developing skills.
· Good command of English communication skill.
· BB certified preferened.
