Report to Head of Sales Team

Job Responsibilities:

？ Develop and implement sales strategies to develop market, channels and customers in China

？ Collect and analyze the marketing and competition information for decision making. Provide forecast and information on market conditions and competitive situations

？ Visit and develop customers; grow up new business opportunities from the customers

？ Initialize the new customer searching activity and enlarge the market share

？ Communicate with the staff of each sales office and agent to get sales policy circulated, supervise and train the sales team and agent

？ Respond quickly to the information collected from competitors

？ Others appointed by GM





Qualifications:

Education:

？ College degree or above, major in business/marketing or chemical. Overseas educational experience is preferred.



Experience:

？ About 5+ years of working experience, in Sales and Marketing functions in multi-national company



Knowledge:

？ Strong understanding of chemical industry and manufacturing corporation

？ knowledge of packaging industry



Ability / Skill:

？ Excellent communication skills both in English and Chinese.

？ Have strong interest for packaging industry and understand the specific environment of our customers.

？ Positive client- service attitude.

？ Marketing analysis and strategy making ability.

？ Strong presentation skills.

？ Good disposition.

？ Good organizational skills.

？ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

？ Detail-oriented.
