Position Title: Legal Director

JD:

1. Be responsible for the legal corporate affairs in China;
2. Provide legal service as to the corporate set-up, restructuring, merger and acquisition;
3. Supervise preparation and review of proposed contracts, leases, and other legal instruments to safeguard the Company’s interests;
4. Issue the legal opinions concerning the legal issues of corporate operations;
5. To advise the China management and business group/project/operations heads on the various business and personal taxation laws and regulations in China;
6. To evaluate tax position/exposure of the various business group/project/operations in China and to develop effective tax planning proposals to minimize the Group’s tax exposure while ensuring general compliance with the tax laws and regulations;
7. To develop effective taxation strategies for the Group’s Business Development Initiatives;

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law;
At least 10 years working exprience in multinational company and at least 5 years experince as a manageral role;
Familiar with all internal legal counsel;
Fulency in English both speaking and writing;
Aggressive, detial oriented;
