Objective (Why and what's the purpose to set up this position)
Quality Managers roles are to ensure that the products that CSG provides to its customers are fit for its purpose and meets customer expectations. Through the lead and management of the quality Team, the Quality Manager will maintain and optimize a robust set of new product qualified, quality inspection criteria and the supplier management to ensure that all products sourced from China meet the required customers specification with consistent good quality and very lower risk, to satisfy the customers and develop the quality performance of CSG suppliers for the long term.
Basic requirements:
Education: University graduate, Chemical or Mechanical Bachelor
Experience: 5 years experience in Operation function, Quality Assurance /Control preferred,
Special Knowledge: Outsource Supplier Management, Quality management, Organizational Behavior, Fluent English and Mandarin
Business Knowledge: Business perception, Conceptual thinking, Negotiation, Responsive, Communicative, Creative, Team-working.
