Responsibilities
？ Ensure company's complaint handling system comply with target markets’ regulations requirements, and keep quality system continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness.
？ Support the DCU/PSB representative, for handling all complaint including creating investigation report and final closing report.
？ Support the supervisor to monitor all Product CAPA
？ Monitoring company's Product Quality targets and KPIs to ensure that all targets and KPIs are controlled
？ Ensure company's Product Quality management comply with the Global requirements’ & process.
Conditions of employment
？ Biomedical Engineering/Engineering relevant degree.
？ Advanced IT knowledge, good written and oral English
？ 3+ years' experience in product quality management, particularly complaint handling, monintoring post market product quality
？ Deep understanding on Product Quality as well as on complaint handling
？ Working experience in multinational company as a plus.
