Sales Mgr（高科技垄断产品，美国最好的化工企业，高薪诚聘）
Responsibilities:
* Lead sales of company Tailor Made material in East&North China region to meet business objective.
* Responsible for key accounts management to build up long term relationship for sustainable growth.
* Distributor management to substantially grow the sales.
* Work closely with technology and marketing team for new development projects.
* Work closely with downstream end users and improve value chain analysis.
* Collect competitive intelligence on the market place.
* Develop and maintain accurate sales forecast.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor or master degree in polymer, chemistry or chemical engineering is preferred.
* Above 5 years sales experience in related or similar industry.
* Technical experience and knowledge in polymer modification is strong plus.
* Experiences of key account and distributor management are preferable.
* Logic thinking and strong negotiation skill to drive result.
* Demonstrated self-starter and ability to work independently or within a team.
* Demonstrated ability to build and leverage networks.
Good English communication and computer competencies.
