Internal Communications Manager – APAC（6号线地铁沿线附近，无班车提供）

Position Overview:
？ The role entails the definition and implementation of an internal communications strategy and related processes for the APAC region.
？ The assignment will cover the design and development of communication plans and digital media, in particular the preparation of dedicated materials to present our company, help promote mutual knowledge and involve JV employees.
？ The activity will require the creation and coordination of a strong communication network with internal focal points to cover the most relevant APAC areas and company sites.
？ The Internal Communications Manager will need to interact with our JV partners on a regular basis to understand the local climate and define specific communication activities for different audiences. The expected output will be the dissemination of joint communication plans with our JV partners to foster collaboration, involvement and motivation.
Responsibilities:
？ Design and develop communication plans and digital media, with particular regard to ensuring more consistency across the global Intranet system
？ Define and develop communication materials, such as newsletters, corporate publications and presentations, aimed at improving company knowledge and employee involvement
？ Coordinate the organization of internal events to foster participation and relationship building among employees, help in presenting our organization and create a sense of belonging
？ Contribute to global processes - such as the new internal magazine, Intranet news - with best practices, success stories and ad hoc regional topics
？ Support the deployment of certain global initiatives adapting them to the regional needs
Qualifications and Requirements:
？ 10 years’ experience in communications, marketing or related fields, with strong managerial roles and ability to work autonomously
？ International work experience, with strong focus on Asian countries
？ Strong networking ability and aptitude for relationship building
？ Proven leadership and people management skills
？ Proactive approach and problem solving skills
？ English fluency is a must
