Summary of job duties and responsibilities:
The key responsibilitiy of this role is to coordinate various compensation related activities to ensure tht the organisation’s payrol is processed accurately and on time.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
1.Process the organization’s payroll accurately and on time via company payroll system.
2.Payroll activies may include: accounting, distributing and pparparing payments, benefits, taxes and payroll deductions. Calculating overtime, shift payemnts, sales commission etc. maintaining payroll records.
3.As focal point to HR agency on employee benefit issues to implement company benefit programs.
4.Reslove payroll related enquires from employeees.
Experience/qualifications requirements:
1.Bachelor degree above in relevant major, at least 3 years working experience in multi-national companies.
2.Strong hands-on experience in HR compensation and benefits function. HRIS system experience is a plus. Great China Area(China Mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan)payroll experience is preferred.
3.Sentisitive on numbers. Logically.
4.High integrity, action-oriented. Excellent communication, interpersonal and process management skills; customer orientated.
5.Good command of computer skill, good English in both oral and written.
