Position Summary:

The overall responsibility of the Project Manager – BI and Collaboration is the ownership of an application (or multiple applications) and all solutions relevant to that application within BI and Collaboration domains.

Responsibilities:

? Project Management – Assume responsibility for the project management of projects in BI and Collaboration domain
? Business Analysis – Assume overall responsibility for business analysis tasks required within the projects in BI and Collaboration domain
? Deployment – Coordinate and support the successful implementation of solutions within BI and Collaboration domain
? Support – Provide second level support for applications in BI and Collaboration domain

Experience and Qualifications:

To perform the duties of a Project Manager:
Essential
? Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline
? Project Management certification will be highly regarded
? At least 3 years’ experience in a project management role
? At least 5 years’ experience in a business analysis role
? In depth knowledge of project management methodologies

Desirable
? Experience with organisational change management
? Experience in the media or advertising industries, especially in digital media
? Experience delivering multiple projects concurrently
? Detailed knowledge of agile or iterative development methodologies
? Experience working with teams across multiple physical locations

To perform the specific duties of the Project Manager – BI and Collaboration Systems, China:

Essential
? Experience working with enterprise BI tools

Desirable
? Experience in data warehousing
? Experience using, supporting or implementing MicroStrategy
? Experience working with Microsoft SharePoint

? An advanced level of written and oral Mandarin and English
? Strong planning, problem solving and decision making skills
? Highly developed organisational skills
? The ability to quickly learn and understand new business environments
? The ability to achieve high quality results by paying attention to detail
