Position Summary:
Manages a part of an international sporting client's SEM scope including Branding, Football, and Basketball
Main Responsibilities:·
· Managing search marketing activities for brand communication and direct response clients in CHINA.
· Work closely with the Global, Regional and Local Search team to deliver comprehensive search marketing solutions resulting in considerable acquisition demands and business objectives across these clients.
· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, search vendors and third party vendors to drive search strategy and roll out best practice for paid search in China
· Coordination, management and daily communication of project, analysis and reporting of search activity across China market.
· Managing allocated client accounts, taking campaign briefs and pro-actively building the Search strategy with given resources.
· Responsible for search campaign set-up including keyword research, ad text creation, bid allocation, integration with tracking tools or search management tools and uploading structure on search engine platforms.
· Responsible for search account management, analysis, optimization and scalability. This may include keyword optimization, ad text optimization and other advance search management activities
· Responsible for the ongoing monitoring of the campaign performance and ongoing analysis of results, as well as reporting the success of the campaigns and status to the clients and global team.
· Participate in Daily/Weekly/Periodic status/performance calls or meeting
· Generating Reports, Analysis and presentations for search activities
· Mastering Client Business, collect local learning and knowledge and coordinate regular feedback sessions to grow search and other digital offerings
· Build and refine search processes and procedures and general best practice
· Responsible for overseeing the specialists on their accounts.
Assist with training others on Search job duties and processes.
· Manage search campaigns on either of the following platforms: DNA, DART, Efficient Frontier, Google AdWords, Baidu and MSN AdCenter.
Requirements:·
· 4-5 years’ experience in search using Baidu and Google
· Excellent excel skills: (pivot table, isnumber, vlookup, charts)
· Excellent communication skills
· Good level in English speaking ability
· Numerical skills and technique
· Understands business including sales, ROI & Cost per Acquisition with at least 2 years of past experience
· Systematic technique in optimisations
· Essential: Good knowledge and experience in using at least 2 of these tracking / search tools: Google Double Click (DFA), Marin Software, Mediamind, Ad Monitor, omniture, Google Analytics
· Desirable: Experience in using one of these tools: Adgooroo, CNRS, Nielsen
· Need a demonstration in search account structure
