Job Title: TEXTILE LABORATORY MANAGER

OBJECTIVE:
Manage the whole laboratory operation in order to handle the entire testing volume of the office

DUTIES:
Perform all tests,
Manage and organize the testing equipments (machines and consumables),
Anticipate peak testing seasons,
Ensure the laboratory is well-stocked and resourced,
Keep an inventory of the testing samples and hard copies of test reports for future reference
Implement and daily update databases with all testing results and lead time to record all testing history and allow analysis
Elaborate and update testing standards, specifications and procedures according to every client s requirements
Issue reports to the clients
Carry out randomly correlation test with other third party lab and client s lab,
Ensure respect of testing and safety procedures
Recruit assistant or operator according to the workload.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent written and spoken Chinese and English
Strong knowledge of textile testing methods and standards
Bachelor in textile engineering or chemistry
Minimum two years working in similar position
Skills developed in organization and anticipation of the workload, communication
Serious, objective and rigorous characteristics are a must
Good analytical and technical skills are required
