职位描述

Main Responsibilities



·Preparation and execution of the related route / development budget
·Maintenance and development of Key Accounts
·P&L responsibility for the designated routes / Account Management Team
·Execute sales process and achieve the agreed targets ( Sales calls / Gross Margin) on the Route and New/Key Accounts
·Collect & share information about market environment and trends, competition, solutions providers and be able to deliver key points summary and analysis.
·Work and maintain actively on CRM and update target / client information and target list
·Independent sales approach on agreed Route / Account & Products targeted.
·Interact with *** offices in countries related to above Trade lanes and develop common solutions and sales activities,
·Proper implementation of new accounts into operations or customer service including SOP
·Achieving individual targets agreed with the GM Sales & Marketing Central China
·Attend events and networking on behalf of the company

Remuneration



·Fix salary
·Business Development Route in Huadong Area (priority) plus other CCN area as per SIS monthly Incentive Scheme. Other origins to be considered too according opportunities and Management decision.
·Route & Key Account Development / Maintenance in Central China on yearly bonus agreement

Train and transfer sales experience to junior sales staff and others

Capability to do cross-sales actions : multiple routes with key accounts,
