JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for development of sales and continual marketing and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction with the aim of achieving maximum profitability, customer satisfaction and growth in line with company vision and values.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Constantly increase customer base according to set targets
• Develop and maintain good customer relations with prospective and existing client base
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders both internal and external
• Prepare relevant reports and updates to relevant parties

Qualification and Experience

• A Bachelor degree in Business Administration with a focus in Sales and Marketing
• Experience in working in a C & F company is an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years experience in sales, marketing and customer service working in fast paced business entity
• Demonstrable aptitude for teamwork
• Demonstrable ability to sale and initiate and innovate
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Should be fluent in speaking and writing Chinese
• Effective communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Word applications
• Proficiency in the English language
