岗位职责:

1-Sunglasses & Contact Lens article maintenance. Work with buyers from the merchandise team to gather data that is required when creating or changing articles and keep good documentations;
太阳眼镜和隐形眼镜商品数据的维护。接受采购部门的申请对太阳眼镜和隐形眼镜的商品数据的创建和更改进行维护。
2-Site maintenance. Work with property team on store open & closure and reflect in SAP.
门店数据维护。接受立地部门的申请处理门店的开张和关张时相关数据在SAP中的维护。
3-Assortment maintenance. Work with product team to load into SAP the segmented assortments and ensure products sold in each store are correct and with correct price.
铺货数据维护。接受产品部门申请，对门店的铺货数据进行维护，确保门店的商品及其价格的准确性。
4-IDOC management. Periodically check of failure IDOCs and resolve issues on master data from data maintenance perspectives.
IDOC管理。定期检查失败的IDOC并查看失败原因，如果是主数据的错误及时更改以确保业务顺利进行。
5-Validate the information within the system that will allow articles to be traded and manufactured, cost, shipped properly.
确保输入系统的数据的准确性和完整性。
6-Execute trainings to business users and create training documents;
对新用户进行必要的数据管理的培训以期更好的与主数据团队的合作。
7-Coach junior team members on SAP knowledge and business process;
对资历较浅员工进行业务和SAP知识的指导。
8-Other duties as assigned by the Manager.

任职资格:

Experience:
经验要求
-1~3 years of data processing and / or materials management departments experience on master data management in ERP system (SAP);
-Experience in supply chain area or retail industry is preferred

Knowledge and skills:
知识技能要求
-Able to speak English and CET-6 is preferred;
-Good knowledge of SAP article master data, customer and vendor master is a plus;
-Good interpersonal and communication skills;
-Logical Thinking and detail oriented;
-Customer oriented;
-Fluent in using MS software especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint) etc.

Education:
