Description

• Develop
  the marketing plan of Eppendorf product lines with Product Managers, and
  drive the implementation of marketing strategy in order to meet budgeted
  sales goals, actively growing market share
• Provide
  local guidance for positioning and identifying target customers,
  particularly for new product introductions or penetration of new market
  segments
• Lead
  the Product Management team to deliver the training to sales and end-users
  via seminar, workshop, roadshow, exhibition and customer visit
• Identify
  and develop effective promotion and sales tools together with Product
  Managers
• Building
  and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders to support marketing
  planning activities.

Qualification
Requirements

• Bachelor’s
  Degree (B.S./B.A.) in natural sciences or equivalent, completion of advanced degree in business or related
  science is advantageous.
• Ability to translate
  strategies into actions, effectively present information and respond to
  questions from customers and company personnel
• Ability to think and
  implement from a customer-oriented perspective
• Able to work
  effectively across functional groups or geographies to meet aggressive
  schedules
• Must have excellent
  communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to handle
  multiple tasks at the same time

• Willingness to travel
