Job Description
1. Responsible for bio-tech freeze equipment installation, modification and enhancement in accordance with customer specification.

To provide quality technical support to ensure that customers and
salesmen receive accurate advice on freeze equipment use, guidance on product
selection, and resolution of technical complaints.

Troubleshoot among a wide range of technical problems and issues,
determine technical solution and repair with the quickest speed.

Handles product-related problems with customers as required, may test
products to resolve customer problems. Be responsible for basic
operation training on client premises.

Qualification Requirements
1.
College degree major in: Science or Engineering. At least 2 years
working experience. Experience in bioprocess/fementation will be a plus.

High energy, team player and interpersonal, communication and
coordinating skills are essential, Proven system analytical problem
