Accountabilities:
?Take booking in booking system for RA customers by each service (RAM/RBJ/RKI/RKQ);
?Review freight manifest of RA shipments in Outward system to avoid freight discrepancy & freight rate expiry in ePrice system;
?Double check with Linersales team to ensure RA shipments' freight rate to be update & download in local system;
?Check with operations to input OWS (over weight surcharge) as per over weight list by B/L;
?Ensure DG surcharge being settled in system without fail;
?Control amendment requirements from RA customers;
?Remark in booking list & submit RA booking detail report to Terminal by each service to ensure RA shipments to be loaded at 1st priority;
?Review booking client payment credit, remark "Cash debtor" in Chinese booking list;
?Follow up R/A customers, such as Philips, Basf, Bayer, Rhodia, IKEA, etc to ensure our better service being provided both for inbound and outbound.

Qualifications:
1.Degree holder or above, Transportation/shipping is preferable;
2.Bilingual in Chinese and English, oral and written;
3.Computer literate (MS Office, e-mail and accounting program).
4.Minimum 3 years relevant experience;
5.Experience in shipping/freight forwarding, is an advantage;
6.Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
7.Well-organized, open-minded and customer oriented.
