1Facilitate to carry out Quality programs and policies
2Maintain a quality policy manual; ensure the timely availability of quality guidelines, procedures and instructions and monitor adherence to these and coordiante internal and external audits to keep the system lecense effective.
3Assure continuous improvement of SHEQ system and take necessary steps to ensure the follow-up process;Take initiative to strategicallly overview the quality improvement.
4Solely carry out the quality awareness program; provide a method of raising quality reputation of the company.
5Independently monitor quality-measuring standards and expand statistical tools, select the right method, difine source of variance of test data, assure the measuring equipment can be accepted, find root cause of measuring system issues and take necessary corrective and preventive response.
6Independently coordinate and follow up CPR , investigate the cause of each CPR with efficient preventive measurements. Register and update CPR in JDE system.
7Publish bilingual MSDS following on the software standard.
8Take care of creation and maintaining appropriate SHE documents and assistant in SHE related mattrs
9Supporting on SHE Licenses, maintaining all pertinent environmental permits, programs, reporting, and inspection documentation.
