职位描述
1.POSITION SUMMARY
PCB engineer is responsible to set up PCB localization capability in SLE. He/she will work with international team to conduct PCB localization process to meet cost reduction target; to audit and verify the PCB supplier qualification, to help set up PCB test process to ensure functionality of product.
2.RESPONSIBILITIES

1: To cooperate with international team to conduct PCB localization;
2: PCB supplier audit and qualification;
3: PCB process optimization;
4: Lead and train engineer team;
5: Part qualification to meet cost down target;
6: Report to department manager to meet project time lines.
3.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
KEY RESULT AREA OBJECTIVE MEASUREMENT CRITERIA
1Analog and digital circuit design and development
2Experience in power electronics circuit design and development required
3Familiar with PCB manufacturing and relevant equipments
4Experience with PSoC platform based embedded system development preferred
5Welding related work experience preferred, or willing to receive training in welding industry;
6Bachelor or master’s degree in Electric Motor, Power Electronics, Industrial Automation or related major;
7Teamwork, good communication and cooperation skills to achieve the project target
8Self-motivated, leadership ability required
9Work experience in multinational companies preferred
10Good communication and report skills in English
