Principal Accountabilities 主要工作职责
Develop and manage the marketing communications activity, to support the activity in the region by:
? Working closely with the licensees to understand their concerns and priorities, to educate, propose, motivate and manage them to invest in the promotion of the MICHELIN Brand in line with the overall messages
? Building together with the Regional Manager and licensees, a regional marketing communications plan covering all types of initiatives (events, advertising, PR, online, point of sale couponing, gift with purchase……)
? Ensuring the correct level/quality of external advertising and promotion, internal and external communication at country level
? Exploring creative ways to maximise the impact of the licensee activity in the region
Developing and managing a win-win sustainable relationship with licensees by;
? Define in line with MLL PA the key activities in the region and manage with the RM and MLL head of communications
? Building and managing with the licensees their annual advertising and promotional plan in line MLL PA priorities
? Ensuring licensee reporting is received in a timely manner (brand impact data, spend vs plan, changes to plan…)
? Facilitating licensee access to Michelin local teams to gain Michelin local support wherever possible and explore synergies
? Provide support to licensees to develop initiatives and take the lead on initiatives where licensees do not have the experience or resource to take leadership
Being accountable for the control of the marketing communications activity in the region, by:
? Ensuring all the marketing communications activities comply with central guidelines
? Managing licensee approvals as per the MLL approvals process
? Identifying corrective actions and following up implementation where required, escalating to central level where necessary
? Ensuring licensees deliver on their commitments as per their annual business plans
Develop the relationship with local, country level Michelin teams in the countries identified by MLL as strategic for the activity, by:
? Share and build a communication plan with the local Michelin organisation to ensure presence of MLL as much as possible
? Ensuring alignment of licensee messaging and initiatives with those of the local Michelin organisation
? Ensuring MLL is integrated into marketing and communications initiatives locally and piggybacking takes place where it makes sense to do so
? Facilitating Michelin local team access to local licensees products for Michelin use
? Working with the tyre network and local marketing/distribution managers, grow the distribution of MICHELIN automotive accessories via the tyre network.
? Promoting the use of MLL products in cross-promotions with tyres.
? ensuring Michelin Group has access to MLL products for incentives and promotions at the right price and in a way that does not contravene existing licensing agreements
In addition, provide general support to the Regional Manager and central team for region-specific requirements as necessary e.g.Supporting in the provision of marketing intelligence and supporting consumer relations matters.
Key Qualities Required 技能要求
Marketing or marketing communication experience is a must, preferred > 5 years experience
FMCG background would be preferred
Experience in managing result is a plus
With 1-2 years sales experience would be better
Experience in multinational environment is necessary
Good level of speaking, reading and writing in Chinese and English
Mature, professional, efficient,
Result oriented, working independently, willing to learn new knowledge and develop new skills
Ready to manage multi-tasks/multi-culture
Discipline and rigorous respecting procedures and processes as defined by MLL/Michelin
Strong communication skills (oral and written) - preferably external/ international communication experience
Fair, honest, discreet
Open mind, willing to consider alternative ideas, tactful in dealing with people
Aware of surrounding & activities, able to understand and adjust different situation, persistent, focused on achieving objectives. Good communication skill.
Qualifications 任职资格
- Bachelor degree or above,
- At least 7-8 years working experience in multinational organization
- Strong marketing and/or marketing communication skill
