Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for all C&B related support in Taiwan of China, Korea and any other E&G markets per business request, including but not limited at market competitive research and analysis, policy/proposal design, development and implementation, vendor management, legal and regulatory compliance, HR and employee education on C&B matters, negotiation mandate support, job evaluation and IS administration, and merger/divestiture due diligence (if any).
a. Support HRBO partners on job ranking needs and new hire’s offering.
b. Lead the annual compensation planning cycle – new salary range, merit model, bonus model, Intra-Band Increase (IBI) model and promotion model.
c. Analyze external market data and use technology to proactively identify and diagnose business needs/opportunities and develop solutions to meet those needs, ensuring alignment with the business strategies and objectives.
d. Identify current and future reward/recognition benefit needs to deliver appropriate solutions.
e. Delivers/administer compensation and/or benefit programs.
f. Execute C&B related proposals to enhance engagement or morale.
g. Lead and support change efforts related to C&B programs, ensure clear communication message delivered to all key stakeholders and employees.
h. Implement the C&B elements of the People Cycle Plan and Employment Value Proposition (EVP).
i. Implement cost effective C&B actions.
j. Support the negotiation of local and national collective bargaining agreements (if any).
k. Explore sourcing alternatives for benefit products and services.
l. Provide effective compensation and benefits tools.
m. Coach, counsel and educate HRBO partners on C&B policies and practices.
n. Deliver HR services in accordance with employment laws, regulatory agencies, policies and practices.
o. Build strong relationships with operations to jointly deliver objectives.
2.Key coordinator for the following regional level C&B activities:
a. C&B share point information maintenance and update
b. Regional IBI policy maintenance and tracking sheets monitoring for senior employees
c. Support regional level job ranking process review and optimization
d. Support regional benefits overview, interact with global team to develop general guiding principles on identifying major benefits programs
e. Support regional level C&B communication strategy development, help to identify C&B communication guiding principles for all sorts of C&B policies and programs
3.Support Special Projects in different markets:
a. China Retention Incentive Award Program (RIAP) Conversion
b. China senior Bonus Plan Conversion
c. Any ad-hoc projects based on business requests
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor
2.8+ years of experience with 5+ years C&B program design related experience is preferred.
3.Good facilitation skills, communication skills
4.Excellent English language skills – written, spoken and reading
5.Good IT skills – Microsoft Windows packages, be familiar with PeopleSoft
6.Familiar with Mercer methodology, C&B market competitiveness study methodology and approach, C&B program design
