Job Title: PD Finance Manager—Program Profits/Cycle Plan/Special Studies

Responsibilities:

Complete responsibility for delivering robust program financial analysis, including:
1.Manage two analysts responsible for cross-vehicle line analysis, including directing timelines, updates and analysis to identify cost and investment opportunities
2.Manage one analyst responsible for tracking and reporting program engineering cycle plans.
3.Lead analysis of engineering or capital spending as circumstances require
4.Identify and implement process reporting improvements for program financial reporting and milestone requirements. Ensure program models accurately capture market and regional business structure changes.
5.Oversee the development of selected program financial milestone approval slides and support program teams to evaluate program financial returns.
6.Analyze inputs to and outputs from the program financial models. Evaluate the quality of financial data including the coordination of input.
7.Ensure robust financial inputs to the Corporate Business Plan/Budget process and ensure alignment with the final approved APA plans. Coordination across regions to support financial analysis and program milestone reviews.

Education Qualifications:
Master degree in Finance or Business Administration

Requirements:
1.About 8 years of experience
2.Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills
3.Experience with Financial Concepts and Analysis, preferably in an automotive or manufacturing environment
4.Strong Communication Skills – Written and Verbal
5.PC skills
