Responsibilities:
Responsible for analyzing, consolidating and controlling the power-train costs for Engine as Shipped commodities for the localization programs at Ford plants in Asia Pacific and Africa Region.
1. Support development of contribution cost targets for new engine localization programs in India and China engine plants. Key engines planned for localization during 2012 – 2015 are multiple variants of Sigma, Fox, Puma and DV to support new vehicle programs in the region.
2. Perform contribution cost comparison & benchmarking analysis of APA produced engines with Europe, North America and South America produced engines.
3. Interface with Global purchasing, PD Engineering in the development and monitoring of the contribution costs for the localization programs.
4. Liaise with CFMA, JMC and other Ford plants to support the financial reviews of the unit programs to go through program gateways.
5. Support quarterly financial reviews (SOMP, SOAP) for Powertrain programs post.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor/Master/MBA degree.
2.Above 8 years working experience.
3.Preferred previous experience: Auto Industry, Mfg/Plant Experience
