职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Drive standardized current model QOS disciplines across all assembly plants producing CD vehicle lines plus across APA plants, assuring understanding/adherence to QOS elements.
2.Support plant efforts in identifying/resolving internal quality system process issues; plant product-specific issues; and assistance with supplier related concerns as required. Drive applicable best practices across all plants.
3.Participate in Manufacturing Director OCM each week. Provide relevant quality performance updates, information on pertinent quality initiatives and strategies, assignment status, etc.
4.Monitor and analyze key external indicators (ECB, Warranty, GQRS TGWs) to measure system reaction to customer concerns.
5.Participate in all VQRs, and PORs/PDQRs, as required, to assure issues are consistently prioritized with appropriate resolution actions.
6.Support Manufacturing Director requests for special analyses, projects, meeting coverage, etc.
7.Assure plant launch QOS readiness (along with QOS coaching team); communicate and drive issue resolution; participate in all launch milestone reviews and GFCPA audit reviews as required.
8.Collaborate with Mfg. Quality Office/Global Quality Office activities to develop and implement new standardized QOS strategies and processes
9.Drives the Adherence and competency in the GQIP associated with the truck vehicle line plants.
10.Ensure VRT Process is standardized and followed.
11.Establish Plant’s BSAQ Quality Road Maps and follow up on action implementation for 0MIS and Mfg. TGW
12.Coordinate common concern resolution between Lead- and Sister-Plants
13.Identify and implement Best Practices, share with other Plants. Ensure Common Practices being applied.
14.Support and coach application and adherence to Quality Operating System
15.Drive definition of SC/CC’s and ensure actions in place to achieve capability:
- ensure containment actions in place for processes not achieving required capability
16.Drive adherence to PD and manufacturing Health Charts
17.Ensure Plants are correctly prepared for effective VQR and Global VQR where appropriate.
18.Initiate and lead Launch Readiness Reviews for VO Quality related content for New Model Programs.
19.Ensure Manufacturing Quality plans are available on time for New Model Programs.
Specific skills required:
1.JV engagement to follow Ford requirements. JV negotiation and influence with no direct authority
2.Ability to lead, influence and coach the organization in all quality related matters and make data based quality decisions
3.Global Perspective, cultural awareness & sensitivity
4.Ability to travel regionally and globally on regular basis
5.Extensive experience in Quality and Manufacturing / VOME with sound product knowledge.
6.This position is a global position, working across all regions, VOME teams, APA and JV Plants, programs, and time zones.
7.Working across multiple time zones, languages, and cultures
Other Requirements:
