Summary:

· Be responsible for coordinating, monitoring and managing the multi-projects activities and to ensure timely execution of the projects in accordance with the contractual requirements.

· Prepare the project planning based on the capacity of related department.

· Ensure the project cost under the budget

· Ensure that PM is acting as the focal point for all communication with the Customer for the Projects to meet the Customers’ satisfaction and the Company interests, recording and filing all the related correspondences and documents.

· Be responsible for on-site management including mechanical /electrical installation /commissioning for whole project under project delivery schedule.

· Coordinate and communicate with all parties and solve the complaint timely.

· Maintain and develop Customer relationship, sensitive to potential business opportunities.

· Facilitate success of the project team.

· Take adequate corrective measures for deficiencies occurred.

· Cooperate closely with all departments to achieve the company target.

Requirment:

- Good written and spoken English

- Familiar with computer/office skills

- Rich experience in contract execution

- Familiar with commercial terms of the contract

- Solid Knowledge of project delivery process in heavy machinery industry , Covezing Loading prefeence

- About 5 years related experience in project management field and minimum 2 year leader experience in managing a project team of 5 persons
