Mission:
? Implement sales and marketing strategy in assigned area. Lead, manage and develop an efficient team to achieve target revenue.
Key responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
? Plan and implement strategy to achieve team targets within the assigned area; Monitor sales activities & results, follow up sales plan and make necessary adjustment to area sale strategy. Be responsible for area financial results 1
? Master the market mapping and competitor mapping within assigned area; allocate sales resources according to market mapping1
? Support sales engineer in key activities, e.g. exhibition, negation, bidding, establishing contact with customer’s high levels.1
? Task breakdown annual sales goal to individual team member; manage and follow-up sales performance and effectiveness; improve team efficiency and overall team competency by coaching
? Be responsible for people selection and development, i.e. interview, coaching and counseling of the employees in your area;
? Lead and manage key projects. Lead sales engineer to maintain relationship with high-levels of key accounts.
? To establish and manage the healthy and efficient distributor network in the region if applicable.
? Communicate internally with service team, marketing team and project team to smooth the sales operation.
? Report accurately and timely
Education
? University degree or above with engineering background
Experience
? At least 5 years sales experience with 2 year experience in management role
Knowledge
? Mechanical or electrical knowledge
? PC skill is a must
