PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB:
· Drive business penetration and growth in commercial building segment or other as management required
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieve the sale target assigned by management.
Establish project pool in China to manage business in l
Build /Train up professional sale team which is able to provide efficient service to distributor and customer.
Ensure product development (product sourcing, registration, price negotiation) in accordance with market needs and future sales.
Develop a comprehensive distribution plan to include, but not limited to, identifying distribution channels, establishing trade support systems, creating opportunities for distribution and alliances with key accounts.
Collaborate with the field engineer team to ensure efficient and effective approach on architect and project
Dedicate for build up positive and result oriented spirit within team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Over 4 years working experience in construction material industry or related.
· Over 3 years people manager experience.
· Project sales background are plus.
· Intermediate English ability
· Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively to develop a sales team
· Entrepreneurial spirit
Energetic with Proactive working style
Strong communication & negotiation skills
· Fastening working experience are plus
