职位描述
(1) Goals and Objectives: Several bullet points for setting performance objectives.
A) List the essential functions and major activities in order of their importance.
? Maintain regular contact with the Company's accounts and develop new OEM and distributor customers in the designated market of the territory, ensuring that they receive effective support and service.
? Maximize the performance of existing distributors and OEM customers through regular contact, training, motivation, and encouragement and joint field sales visits.
? Identify new sales opportunities for the Company's products and make recommendations for opening new distributor and OEM accounts where appropriate.
? Provide the necessary order input to achieve annual sales budgets, which have been jointly agreed upon with the Sales GM.
? Provide feedback on market intelligence, competitor activity and application opportunities.
? Maintain a high level of product knowledge of both the Company's and competitive products.
? Manage a travel and entertainment budget in the most effective manner.
? Uphold the Company's reputation and communicate its objectives effectively at all times.
? Any other duties that may be assigned by the Sales GM.
Other duties include:
? Provide the Sales GM with a Pre-Monthly travel schedule and a weekly activity report on all salient business activities.
? Maintain data on our competitor sales and pricing policies.
? Provide sales forecasting for both Flojet and Jabsco Industrial products on a monthly basis.
? Attend all relevant exhibitions in the market of the territory to support participating distributors and OEM's and to provide reports on the market and competitors activities.
? Organize and provide the necessary product training to ensure effective sales activity and order input by customers and distributors.
? Sell the company's products at the agreed price levels without deviation and approval from the Marketing Department, and the Sales GM.
Part 2. Describe the Person
A) Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience).
? Must have a BA/BS Degree
? 3 to 5 years of accessory sales experience preferably OEM sales in the construction machinery market.
? Skilled at computer
? Fluent English in reading/ writing/ listening.
? Be able to accept frequently travailing
B) Describe the most important Leadership competencies required of the individual. (5-8 competencies from VBLD, TOP 3 are mandatory competencies)
(1) Include the competencies identified for the position that differentiate superior performance.
(2) Job fit highlight: the factors within the job that certain employees may find particularly satisfying or dissatisfying. Such as, heavy volume of paper work, travel into dangerous countries, opportunities to work with all kinds of people.
