Job Description
The Sr. Business Development Manager is responsible for owning End User and Ecosystem Relationships. He/She will identify and analyze market segments which can have the largest future impact for Broadcom, formulating go-to strategies to address those market segments, working with business units and functional teams to execute the agreed upon strategies.
The manager must be technology savvy with an intuitive understanding of the balance between data-driven and judgment call. He/She must exhibit a natural affinity of articulating his/her visions internally and value propositions externally. He/She must be comfortable in functioning as a “general” and “soldier” at the same time in the sense that he/she must know how to convene, motivate, and lead a cross functional team to execute the strategy while keenly aware of his/her own role and responsibilities during the execution.
Finally, the manager must possess key personal traits of a successful sales executive: diligent, personable, astute, and results driven.

Job Requirements
A bachelor degree in a technical field with an advanced degree in technology or business preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, and/or business development
Experience in negotiating and closing contracts
Experience with semiconductor, telecommunication, computing, and automotive desirable
Experience with government regulatory agencies preferred
Fluent in English and Chinese
