Main Responsibilities:

This individual will be part of the regional business development team, responsible for driving the improvement of our pitching and presentation materials to help win more business while also assisting in all business development efforts in Shanghai/China focused on delivering targeted client engagement initiatives and structured business development processes and intelligence to further the Colliers brand in Asia. This position calls for a highly-energetic, detail-oriented communications professional with excellent project management, analytical, content/data-management and collaboration skills.

Required Qualifications and Experience

· Minimum 3 years of experience within a professional services firm in a business development/ marketing capacity

· Exceptional project management, communication and presentation skills

· Ability to absorb and translate broad concepts and ideas into clear and logical communications

· A flexible, resourceful and proactive individual able to produce results with minimal guidance

· Commitment to collaboration and teamwork

· Ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines, at high volume without compromising quality

· Prior real estate experience is a plus

· Strong MS office and content/data-management skills

· Experience working with SharePoint/ other content management systems is an advantage
