Job Description:

1. Propose and support implementation of tax strategy in cooperation with Spain HQ

2. Assist in monthly closing, quarter closing and year end closing deliverables, ensuring timely preparation and accurate submission of actual financial resulting/reporting /templates via local tax agents

3. Ensure timely invoice issuance and verification base on the order from Spain HQ

4 .Responsible for checking VAT relating issue, avoiding lose tax resource
5. Liaise with in-charge tax officials of stores for tax related matters including tax audit
6. Assist in new store opening including application for tax registration certificate, general VAT payer qualification and commercial invoice

7. Provide tax advice and consulting to business units operating within the assigned region

8. Tax agent control including monitor the agent service and quality review

9. Develop and cultivate strong business relationships with the government tax authorities and local tax agents.

10. Support efforts to prepare, maintain and improve documentation at the local regional and headquarters level

11. Cooperate with the Director of Accounting, and support line manager and HQ Regional Finance

Requirements:

1. At least 2 years of working experience in tax compliance regime, preferably with hands-on experience of corporate tax filing and reporting in retail business
2. Knowledge of Chinese tax laws and regulations
3. A bachelor or higher degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant subjects
4. Fluency in Mandarin and English
