Job Purpose

To support and execute operational excellence in all Sustainability data related activities, such as tracking, analysis and reporting for the allocated region or Sustainability area, and to exercise the role of IMS Super User for the allocated regions (EUS and SAS) or Sustainability area. To promote and drive transparency across the Sustainability areas and regions, to help the Sustainability department to focus and drive operational excellence. To support the LS&CO TOE program by assessing factories, analyzing audit results, developing corrective action plans for factories in region, as well as providing training where needed.

Critical Results and Key Responsibilities

· For the NAS region, or Sustainability area, co-ordinate collection of Sustainability relevant statistics and data.

· For the NAS region, or Sustainability area, analyze incoming data for discrepancies, co-ordinate the correction of data and report data in a suitable format.

· In the capacity of IMS Super User, support internal and external IMS users, in collaboration with the other IMS Super Users.

· In the capacity of IMS Super User, contribute to the IMS Super User Group in order to enhance and maximize the use of the IMS system.

· Build and manage relationships with related internal stakeholders for relevant reporting activities.

· For the NAS region, or Sustainability area, work with relevant stakeholders in creating, tracking and monitoring of KPI's.

· Drive internal Sustainability transparency by tracking and monitoring activities and KPI's regarding Sustainability work, in close collaboration with functional and geographical managers.

· Support Sustainability Management System process.

· Conduct TOE assessments for direct and licensee suppliers in China to ensure the factories can understand and achieve compliance under the company’s code of conduct in terms of labor, work safety and environmental protection.

· For China, guide factory management resolving their internal compliance issues and problems; assist factory management to establish a better monitoring system in different areas of Health & Safety Program, Chemical Management, Risk Management, Evacuation Preparedness, Environment Management System, labor and etc.

· Drive LS&CO values and embeds Sustainability into business through daily communication and implementation with different stakeholders.

· In China, collaborate with Sourcing teams and Factory Management in developing appropriate action plans to address identified deficiencies.

· For China, analyze audit results, develop corrective action plans for factories in region.

· Support Licensee Program in China on performance, training/awareness and performance tracking, in line with global strategy and objectives.

· Support work on the External Monitor Program in China.
