Purpose of the position

The Cashier performs the following tasks under the supervision of the treasury supervisor: custodian of petty cash; handle cash receipt and payment; booking in SAP; cash count daily, etc.

Key Tasks

1.Custodian of petty cash
2.Handle all cash receipt and payment; booking in SAP timely and accurately; Make records of IOUs, make sure all IOUs are settled on time
3.count physical cash daily, prepare cash report daily
4.Filing
5.Other tasks assigned by team leader

Function / Market & Industry Knowledge / Business Acumen / Process working

1.Good theoretical & practical accounting knowledge
2.Good Microsoft Window knowledge
3.Experience with an integrated accounting Software desirable
