职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
1.Assist department manager to draft employee training and development plan, annual and monthly training plan.
2.Responsible for training arrangement, organization and coordination, include
a. deliver training information, trainee’s information collection and confirmation, instructor invitation
b. training support: training material (student handbook, memory jogger, training form, name card, certificate etc.) prepare, training room layout,
c. training evaluation tracking and do summary, action plan tracking and follow-up.
d. Track the local training which is released by nominate trainer, include collect training plan, training record, training evaluation and action plan
3.Responsible for training material update, training organization and facilitation for new staff Orientation.
4.Maintenance and update training database of China Field, running monthly training report.
5.Maintain good relationship with local HR, lecturer in China Field and Plant.
6.Support training on-line system, consolidate data for system development.
7.Responsible for training material’s compiling, categorizing all electronic files and hard copies and keeping them updated.
8. Ensure compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures.
9. Ensure compliance and use of company tools and resources within guidelines.
10. Follow all safety policies, procedures and work instructions according to the safety management system and fulfill his/her responsibilities as stated in the safety manual so as to protect the safety of himself/herself and fellow colleagues.
11. Other assignments from direct superior.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree related with human resource management
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
Familiar with government labor laws and regulations
Strong Planning, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills"

2. 负责组织协调培训中心开设的各类课程,确保每期培训顺利进行,包括
a. 培训课程的发布,学员信息的收集和确认以及讲师的邀请等。
b. 培训后勤支持:培训教材(学员手册,辅助教材,证书等)准备,培训教室的安排。
c. 培训签到和培训反馈汇总以及培训后期的行动计划的跟踪。
d. 跟进分公司经认证培训讲师在分公司举办的培训,包括收集培训计划,培训记录,培训评估和行动计划。
3.负责新员工入职培训的资料更新和培训组织和培训的促进者。
4. 维护并负责中国区运营培训数据系统的及时更新,并定期制作培训报告
5. 与分公司HR,公司内培训讲师保持良好的合作关系。
6. 协助培训系统的建立,并负责培训系统所有培训数据的更新。
7.负责培训资料的整理和分类,包括电子版和打印版的培训资料,并维护这些资料进行定期更新。
8.遵循公司制定的各级政策和流程。
9.在公司的方针下使用公司的工具和资源。
10.根据安全管理系统的要求,遵守公司所有的安全政策,流程和工作指导书并按照安全手册的要求履行他/她的相关责任。

任职要求:
人力资源或相关专业本科以上学历
至少2年以上培训或人力资源相关工作经验
流利的中英文书面和口头表达能力
熟悉国家劳动法规、政策以及地方劳动政策
具有很强的计划、组织、协调能力和人际交往能力
