Responsibilities:

Liaison with Corporate IT Teams

- Work with Client Services and Network Teams on corporate initiatives;

- Escalate issues to Corporate IT Teams to ensure efficient resolution of service issues.

Help on Store Opening tasks

- Make quotations of goods/services in accordance with internal control rules;

- Assembling and test new equipment before sending to stores;

- Visit the construction sites with the IT requirement check list to validate the requisites and check the evolution against the construction schedule;

- Register new equipment and software for warranty compliance.

General IT support

- Perform comprehensive IT support for stores and office for hardware (computers, laptops,servers, network and security appliances) and software (MS Office suite, Linx,Windows OS, Mac OS,fiscal software);

- Keep Knowledge Base and procedures book updated;

- Interact with NY Help Desk for user access and network issues;

- Create the environment and perform homologation tests for new Hardware and Software;

- Periodic visit to stores for preventive maintenance of IT environment;

- Periodic verification of computers for security treats;

- Preparation of new equipment for stores and back-office such as computers, cell phone, iPads, commercial automation devices;

- Perform cabling maintenance;

- Perform maintenance of computers, laptops, iPads, smartphones, servers, routers, switches,and related IT assets.

Requirement:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT routines

- CCIE Network Certified;

- Microsoft MCSE Certified;

- Experience of dealing with 3^rd party providers;

- Maintenance of ERP and POS solutions;

- At least 1 year experience in cabling and networking;

- 1-2 years management experience;

- Fluent in Mandarin and English;

- Travel will be required.
