Responsibility:

Provide service to our Japanese customer via phone and Email in the manner of polite and professional way. Provide 24*7 technical support(Level1) to Japanese customer.

Handle customer request/issue base on project requirement and support process.

Trouble shooting and resolve customer problem at 1st level.Reproduce issue in house and provide solutions to customer at 2nd level according to customer needs.

Escalation base on support flow and tracking the issue until the case closed.

Requirements:

Fluent Japanese, both written and oral.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office, etc.

Good communication skill, have passionate and patient attitude to serve customers.

Good English communication skill is also required.

★Able to take night shift.

Female with oversea background is preferable.
