Key Responsibilities
- Organization and supervision of the bookkeeping activity done by the accountants;
Prepare monthly/quarterly and weekly financial reports on behalf of client and ensures accuracy and timelines;
- Performing of tax declarations for the Company’s clients (such as but not limited to VAT, Business Tax, IIT, FEIT) under to the strictest compliance with any tax law or regulation applicable;
- Advisory of taxation and accounting matters for the client under to the strictest compliance to any tax law or regulation applicable;
- Reclassification of PRC GAAP statutory report into IFRS/IAS report;
- Actively advise the clients on internal financial procedures set up;
- Advise clients on any possible risk positions related to any incompliance with the tax, accounting and foreign exchange laws.
