Primary Responsibilities
? Act as product champion in the project team throughout IVD product development process, from concept to launch.
? Develop marketing plan for assigned products in collaboration with regional marketing managers.
? Coordinate and implement marketing activities according to the plan, including launch preparation, product training, and marketing collaterals.
? Manage product life cycle and product maintenance, including forecast, complaint handling, competitor activity, and new customer needs.
? Support Global Product Manager to develop product roadmap, including market research, requirement management, marketing strategy development.
Primary Position Requirements
? Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in life science and healthcare industry. IVD knowledge and experience preferred.
? Minimum level of education: Bachelor degree in molecular biology or related clinical science degree.
? Self-motivated, very reliable and demonstrate a strong ability to work well with others on teams and in projects.
? Fluency in English & Mandarin
? 30% Travel required
? Experience working in a cross-cultural environment
? Good communication and presentation skills
? Highly motivated and organized individual
? Familiarity with MS Office and basic knowledge of desktop publishing
