1、岗位职责：
（1）负责与设计单位的联络、沟通，跟踪项目机电设计图纸在设计各阶段的完整贯彻和表现；
（2）负责机电专业范畴内方案的自审、会审工作、设计工作的管控，并监督施工单位设计交底；
（3）寻找强、弱电等专业施工承包商或供应商，参与招标比价工作；
（4）主持机电专业相关技术专业会议，并督促落实会议确定内容或遗留问题的解决。
（5）负责机电专业施工过程中的专项技术管理；并能够长期驻扎现场，对现场设计变更的进行协调及监控。

2、任职要求：
（1）建筑电气、暖通、给排水或相关专业毕业，大专及以上学历；
（2）5年以上大型设计院或大型地产企业工作经验或具有工程师及以上职称资格证书，并担任过高级职位管理或技术职位；
（3）熟悉商业、住宅类建筑的建设过程，精通电气（暖通、给排水、弱电）设计技术管理要点；
（4）熟练使用AutoCAD制图、办公自动化软件；
（5）有较强的责任心,良好团队协作能力、沟通能力、谦虚踏实。
