Report to Production Manager
Job Purpose
? Troubleshooting for the workshop, to ensure problem related production happened at workshop solved timely and smoothly, to investigate the root cause to the failure of production, then to avoid the problem reoccurred. This is in order to ensure consistent quality of finished product and at the same time improve the production efficiency by in-process control and SPC.
Job Responsibilities
? Troubleshooting for the production, investigate the root cause and do in-process control.
? Handle the failed batch, to reduce the loss.
? Create and optimise process formulation.
? Continuously improve the production process to achieve a good and stable production quality.
HSE Requirements:
? Follow HSE regulations of company and wear PPE appropriately when working.
? Receive HSE training and grasp work related knowledge & techniques, reinforce the ability of accident prevention & emergency response.
? Report to HSE or other responsible immediately when any hidden risk or unsafe condition is observed.
? Involve in the investigation of incidents.
Main tasks
? Troubleshooting for the production timely, investigate the root cause and do in-process control, then take measurement to avoid the problem reoccurred.
? Deal with the failed batch, to reduce the loss. Reduce waste by supporting and advising how to reuse leftover from canning and washing solvent/water.
? Optimise formulations and process control to suit local production environment.
? Responsible for introducing new product or change to formula. Supervise trial batches together with Production and/or R&D.
? Solve the process problem.
