Responsibilities：

· Implement and maintain the Company’s financial and accounting systems in accordance with the Corporate Accounting Policies & Procedures;

· To prepare, analyze and timely submit financial reports to Lincoln Electric China;

· To analyze business performance and other information for management decision;

· To manage the cash flow and advise management on appropriate actions to minimize working capital;

· To liaise with Banks, internal & external auditors, tax authorities, Government authorities, Insurance Companies, etc.

· To assist in the preparation of Capital Expenditure Proposals;

· To develop and implement appropriate product costing procedures and disseminate information to the relevant department for execution;

· Process, Procedures and Policies: Establish / refine financial process/procedure to business changes and support operation needs. Review the adequacy of internal control in preventing, detecting and correcting errors. Ensure internal controls in place and in compliance with SOX and FCPA requirement

· Budget and Planning: Coordinate annual budgeting and monthly rolling forecasting, including variance monitor and proposal of adjustments.

· Financial Analysis: Interpret monthly financial performance; identify issues and trends; Perform business case analysis and drive solution from function owners.

· Statutory filing and compliance: ensure business transactions comply with local tax regulations and align with corporate tax strategies. ,Arrange annual audit, governmental joint inspection, annual tax filing, and TP documentation.

· Manage finance team - recruitment, performance appraisal, salary review, internal/external training, job rotation, best practice sharing and team building plans.

· Directly report to Director of Finance, Lincoln Electric China and functionally report to: General Manager, Lincoln Electric (TangShan );

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledgeable with PRC accounting practices and US GAAP / SOX;

Formal qualifications:

Has strong understanding of product costing;

Conversant with local account reporting requirements;

Possess fluent oral and written English ability in both professional and general communications;

Be analytical, possess attention for detail, critical. Strong interpersonal & team – building skills;

Information Technology Skills. Familiar with Finance / Accounting software will be necessary, knowledge with SAP / Hyperion will be a big plus;

Conversant in application of Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, ERP system (USERFRIEND);

Qualified CPA or MBA will be a plus;

Experience with Big 4 Firms will be a plus;

Experience:

Have at least 5 years of experience in senior financial management position in a manufacturing environment in a foreign joint venture organization;

Knowledge

Tertiary Education (Bachelor Degree above) major in Finance / Accounting. Higher finance / business related education will be an advantage;
