In day-to-day work IT Operation support co-ordinates IT-related work for Ericsson, and manages activities of the external third parities involved in IT services providing


WORK TASKS
· To support IT day to day operational issues.
· To manage IT-related implementation and maintenance activities
· To coordinate with project organization (i.e. Facilities and external parties)
· To control the third parties involved into IT service providing with a purpose to ensure the service level compliance with Service Level Agreements
· To be the key contact person for the IT related Incident and Problem escalation.

SIGNIFICANT INTERACTION
IT Operation support interacts with:
· IT Manager
· Host manager
· Different user-groups in Ericsson
· Facility department
· IT Third Parties (partners, service suppliers etc.)

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS
· Practical experience in Windows Server / Switch / Router / Firewall
· Have knowledge about Web / Ftp / DNS / Email Service
· Practical experience in coordination of other IT support activities
· Fluency English (spoken and written) sufficient to write business documents and participate in meetings with native speakers
· Understanding of team work and matrix organization concepts
· Co-operation skills in a multicultural and international environment
EXPERIENCE
· More than two years IT-relational experience
· IT related Knowledge, such as MSCE, CCNA
· Background as IT service delivery
PERSONAL SKILLS
· Willingness and ability to take initiative and face challenges
· Good team player and positive attitude is a must
· Strong communication skills
· Flexible and capable of working in a quickly changing and growing work environment
