JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Expand the sales force through strategic planning
- Recruit and train sales personnel to achieve planned sales targets
- Coach team leaders to achieve higher sales productivity
- Inculcate excellent customer service values in sales personnel
- Strictly adhere to sales policies and ensure sales personnel fulfill all regulatory and compliance requirements
- Educate sales force on credit risk management
- Collaborate with product team to explore new ideas and develop new products

- 培训及激励销售团队提高队生产力

- 建立销售团队风险观念并与风险管理单位良好合作
- 协助部门主管完成内部及外部机关的各项检查工作
- 协助产品经理开发新型产品

KEY REQUIREMENTS

- College degree and above
- 5 years sales management experience
- 3 years sales experience in credit card or personal loan financial products is preferred
- Ambitious individual with determination to achieve challenging goals
- Rich people management experience
- Able to strategize and effectively execute business plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of risk management policies
- Demonstrated ability to handle demanding customer
- Exhibit strong leadership qualities
- Good knowledge of local labor laws

- 大专及以上学历
- 具有五年销售管理经验
- 三年以上信用卡或个人贷款等相关金融相关领域销售管理经验优佳
- 具有强烈企图心，勇于挑战高业绩
- 具有丰富团队建设及管理经验
- 具备策略发展规划能力和较强的执行力，且具备良好的内部沟通能力
- 具备较强的风险防范知识
- 具备处理客户投诉的能力
- 熟知劳动法
